The collective authority over Anomalies

The Circle is the global collective term for Anomaly authority agencies. Narrowly, it refers to five major public authorities — BAC, Yggash Court, Celaeno Compound, Zerogon Laboratory, and Ghroth Island — alongside Supreme Tribunal A6.

All authorities operate under the 3C doctrine: Control, Containment, and Cognition. Broader Circle membership extends to sanctioned civilian Anomaly Hunter organizations.
